Delivery methods and times - In mainland France
- Point Relais (3-4 days): Free
- Direct delivery in Paris (Monday to Saturday by appointment, excluding holidays): Free
- Colissimo (2-3D): €5.90

Delivery methods and times - In Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg
- Chronopost (2 - 4 days) : 15 € (parcels under 1 kilo) / 18 € (parcels between 1 and 2 kilos)
- Point Relais (3-5 days): 6 € (parcels under 1 kilo) / 9 € (parcels between 1 and 2 kilos)

Delivery methods and times - Austria, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland*
- Chronopost (2 - 4 days) : 15 € (parcels under 1 kilo) / 18 € (parcels between 1 and 2 kilos) + possible customs charges at the customer's expense
- Point Relais (3-5 days): 6 € (parcels under 1 kilo) / 9 € (parcels between 1 and 2 kilos) + possible customs charges at the customer's expense

Delivery methods and times - Monaco
- Colissimo (2 days): 11 €.

Delivery methods and times - USA and Canada
- DHL (5 to 7 days): 49 € + customs charges at the customer's expense
Make a return
Free returns from Metropolitan France
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to change your mind.
In metropolitan France: returns are free of charge by prepaid label
Outside metropolitan France (Europe): returns are at the customer's expense and amount to 19 € per returned package
United States: returns are at the customer's expense and amount to €70 per returned package + any customs duties (once the return has been made and validated, the item will be refunded, excluding transport costs and initial customs duties)
Products must be returned in their original and complete condition, not damaged, washed or worn. Any accessories, totebag/pouch and labels attached to the product must be in their original condition and must also be returned. Please note that the bag must not have been worn or the accessories used: the return may be refused if the bag or accessories show signs of use.

- if you live in Germany, Austria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain or Switzerland and you make your return from one of these countries, click on the button "Return order (outside France)

Return of order (outside France, from Europe)

I am requesting the return
- I click on the "Return Order" button on this page.
- I fill in the requested information and go to the next step

I download my label
- I download the pre-paid label from the returns portal
- I print the label

I send my package
- I make sure I put all the product parts back in the package
- I stick my pre-paid label on my parcel and drop it off at a relay point or at the post office for delivery
Once the parcel is received by the Pépixteam, we will make the reimbursement on the payment method used. La Pépixterie reserves the right to refuse the return depending on the condition of the product. The product will then be returned to the customer, the shipping costs incurred for this return will be charged to the customer.
