Customer account and login
The creation of a customer account, to make purchases, is not mandatory.
At the time of payment, it is possible, either to continue as a guest, or to create an account on La Pépixterie.
The creation of an account on La Pépixterie can be done, at any time, by clicking on "connect" on the top right of the site
If you are unable to log in with your credentials on the La Pépixterie login page, you have the option of :
- generate a new password by clicking on "forgotten password" on the login page
- log in with your Facebook or Gmail credentials.

The address information indicated in your account area can be modified or deleted at any time by logging in and clicking on the account area at the top right of the site.

When sending your e-mail, please indicate your surname(s) and first name(s), attach a copy of an identity document and indicate the address to which you wish the reply to be sent.

- Enter the email address associated with your account created on La Pépixterie. An email to reset your password will be sent.
- Click on "reset your password" in the email you receive
- Fill in and confirm the new password, then click on "Reset password".

Ordering and delivery
Did you make a mistake when ordering your pepix? Don't panic, write to us within 12 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp: 0033687493726. We will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.
If it is already at the postman's, you will have 14 days once your order is received, to return it to us free of charge if you live in France or with a return fee of 19 euros outside France, by following the steps indicated here.
From the moment your order is sent to the moment it is delivered, you will receive from the Pepixterie tracking emails containing a tracking number and a link to a tracking page. This way you can track your order at any time.

La Pépixterie delivers its pepixtes in France, Monaco and the following countries: Germany, Austria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, the United States and Canada.
During the holiday period, the pépixteam will inform you of the date of dispatch of your orders, by a message on the site.

Returns
You can return your package to us within 14 days of receiving it by logging in and following the steps indicated here.

Returns to France are free of charge.

The search for the right pepix is not an easy one! We understand that you may change your mind. However, as we have limited stocks, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can make a return, according to the conditions indicated ihere.
Once the return has been made and the refund has been paid, we will be able to help you find a new pet on our site.

Returns from countries other than metropolitan France are subject to a fee (19€) for Europe, 70€ for the United States and Canada (+ any customs duties).
Once the return has been made, we will refund the full price of the products purchased, excluding initial shipping costs and any customs duties, after checking the quality and quantity of the products returned: the products must be returned in their original condition and complete (original packaging, any accessories: labels attached to the product, etc.), and must not have been damaged, washed or worn outside of the fitting.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. This refund will be automatically made to the account associated with the credit card used for the purchase or to the Paypal account used for the payment. In case of payment by card from PayPal, the display of the refund on the account may take up to 30 days, depending on the bank.
In case of 3 times payment by Alma: if the customer's payment schedule is not yet settled, a partial refund will reduce the amount of the customer's remaining payments. If the amount to be reimbursed is greater than the customer's "remaining balance", the remainder will be credited to the customer's bank account within 3 to 5 days (this period varies depending on the bank).

E-Gift card
To use your gift card, enter the code of your gift card at checkout in the gift card area.
The validity of an e-gift card purchased on La Pépixterie is 6 months from the date of purchase.
The La Pépixterie e-gift card is valid on all products of the online concept-store lapepixterie.com.
No. It can be used by anyone who has the code for this e-card.
The La Pépixterie e-gift card functions as a means of payment. Therefore :
- If the amount of the gift card you wish to order is less than the amount of your e-gift card, you will be left with a balance on your e-gift card to be used at a later date, whenever you wish, during the validity period of your e-gift card.
- If the amount of the gift card you wish to order is greater than the amount of your e-gift card, you can top up the amount with an additional payment method.
If you have just ordered an e-gift card on the La Pépixterie website and you have not received the email containing the e-gift card or you have misplaced it: go to your order confirmation email and click on "Resend gift cards" to receive your e-gift card again.
